Frequently Asked Questions

Do you service commercial pools and community HOAs?

Yes, we provide full commercial pool service and maintenance for HOAs, resorts, apartment complexes, hotels, and municipal facilities. Our commercial care includes strict Florida Department of Health (DOH) Chapter 64E-9 compliance logging, automated feeder monitoring, frequent water testing, heavy-load chemical balancing, and rapid-response equipment repairs to ensure your facility remains open, safe, and fully compliant.

Every weekly full-service visit includes testing and balancing water chemistry, skimming the surface, brushing the waterline tile and interior walls, vacuuming floor debris, emptying the skimmer and pump baskets, and inspecting all pool equipment (pumps, filters, timers, and salt cells) to ensure proper circulation and pressure.

Yes, all standard water balancing and sanitizing chemicals—such as chlorine, muriatic acid, sodium bicarbonate, and soda ash—are included in your regular monthly service rate. Specialty algaecides, heavy shock treatments for storm run-off, or phosphate removal treatments are quoted separately if needed.

No long-term contracts are required—all service is month-to-month. Unlike companies that bill flat monthly fees regardless of whether they show up on holidays, we are a per-visit service company: you only pay when your pool is actually serviced. Monthly invoices reflect exactly four completed visits per cycle, ensuring you are never billed for skipped weeks, holidays, or missed maintenance.

Do I need to be home when my pool is serviced?

No, you do not need to be home. All we require is unlocked access to the pool enclosure or side gate on your assigned service day, power to the pool equipment, and that pets remain safely indoors during the visit.

We offer automated digital service reports sent directly to your phone or email upon completion—including timestamped chemical readings, treatments added, and equipment status notes. For clients who prefer a zero-inbox, hassle-free experience without routine notifications, we simply record the logs in our system and let your crystal-clear water speak for itself.

Central Florida storms frequently bring lightning, which makes holding aluminum poles dangerous. During severe weather, our technicians will still test and balance water chemistry, inspect the equipment, and clear pump and skimmer baskets. Surface netting and manual vacuuming will resume on the next clear visit once the storm front passes.

We manage dedicated pool service routes across Polk County and surrounding communities, including Lakeland, Lake Wales, Winter Haven, Haines City, Poinciana, Bartow, Frostproof, Babson Park, Indian Lake Estates, and Sebring. If you are near our route borders, send us your address and we will confirm route availability.

Yes. In addition to weekly route maintenance, we provide full green-to-clean water recoveries, filter cartridge cleanings and replacements, pump motor repairs, plumbing leak fixes, salt system conversions, and commercial pool health department compliance support.
